Man beats himself up on CCTV (then blames police)

A Southport man beat himself up and then claimed the bruises were from police brutality, reports icLiverpool.

After being put in a police cell for breach of the peace, Jefferey Alan Spencer began shouting and beating himself up. He then claimed the police were responsible. Unfortunately for Spencer his actions were caught on CCTV and he was bound over and ordered to keep the peace for six months.
