Will my Pets interfere with the alarm system?

Animals do have a tendency to activate intruder alarm systems. If you have pets, please notify your sales representative who can advise on the best alternatives for your system. This may range from installing PET immune motion sensors, or window and door sensors.

What guarantee do I get with my installation?

We pride ourselves on the standard of our installation and with state of the art technology we offer a 12 month warranty on all equipment, and 3 months warranty on labour charges.

What are your callout rates after the 3 months?

Please contact Safe Homes UK for this information, and we can provide you with all the pricing. Alternatively, speak to your sales consultant, who will advise you accordingly.

How long will it take to install?

Our fully trained engineers will endeavour to complete the installation (depending on its size) in one full working day. This will include all of your training.

How much deposit do I have to pay?

We will require a 25% deposit upon confirmation of order.

Will I qualify for finance?

Finance is available, but is subject to status and approval. This does not affect your statutory rights.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, cheque and of course cash.

In an emergency who will I contact?

In an emergency you will be given a number to contact us at Safe Homes UK. This number will be available 24 hours a day, and will get you to an on call engineer.

What if I need some additional devices adding after my installation?

In this instance, you will need to contact us at Safe Homes UK and we will be able to provide you a quote accordingly.

Will there be any need to change the decor or lift carpets?

These systems are installed with a minimum of fuss, with no lifting of carpets, and no changes to your decor.

Is monitoring and maintenance available after the initial 12 months?

We can offer various packages after your initial 12 month period, and will contact you before hand to discuss your options.

Who will install my security system?

Prior to employment all of Safe Homes UK staff are vetted through the Police National Computer (PNC) and up to BS7858 10 year screening, so you can be confident and feel comfortable during the installation process.
