Clive Smith

Clive Smith is the Chairman of RedWeb Security. Clive's career has included leadership of both private and public companies (notably CEO of fully quoted PLC advertising group Osprey Communications Plc 1995-2000). Clive supplies entrepreneurial skill, and is responsible for RedWeb's strategic and corporate development.

Ram Parkash

Ram Parkash is the Managing Director of RedWeb. Ram founded Safe Homes UK in 1985, following previous experience with Modern Alarms as an installation/service engineer, and has driven the business into the corporate sector and established a prestigious reputation for quality along the way.

Lajia Parkash

Financial Director Lajia Parkash joined Safe Homes UK in 1996 after working for several years as accounts manager for Trans World Airlines. Lajia's responsibilities include the smooth running of the finance department.

Joel Foster

Operations Director Joel Foster is responsible for the overall operation of Safe Homes UK and Redweb Security, from initial specification through to implementation of major projects for our clients. Joel has massive experience within the security industry, and has introduced many new operational procedures to make sure the group runs smoothly.

Daren Kitchen

National Sales Consultant Daren Kitchen joined us from British Gas bringing with him several years experience within the security industry. One of Daren's core roles is to help customers assess and evaluate their security needs and to select the most suitable security products and services to match their requirements. He is also responsible for introducing RedWeb to the commercial market sector.

Sales Manager (Specialist Covert Tactical Operations) Dave Tyrrell joined in 2007 from Hertfordshire Police after serving for 13 years as a Senior Crime Scene Examiner. He brings with him an intricate knowledge of police procedure and a high level of forensic expertise. Dave is responsible for the operational policing sector of the company. Peter Brocklebank

Engineer and Project Manager Peter Brocklebank joined Safe Homes as an engineer at the start of 2005 after working as an engineering supervisor for several other national alarm companies.

Edward Alford

Technical Manager Edward Alford joined us from an electronics background working in the Paging, DECT and Mobile Telecoms industries for such companies as Ascom and Nokia. He is heavily involved in the design and implementation of electronic solutions for our rapidly expanding Research and Development requirements.

Tracy Roberts

Maintainance and Service Senior Administrator Tracy Roberts has been with Safe Homes since 2001. Previously, Tracy worked at Harlequin, as their UK Customer Service Manager. Tracy has over 17 years experience in Customer Service, and since joining Safe Homes been instrumental in setting up our administration system.

Jo Johnson

Accounts Administrator Jo Johnson joined the company in July 2006 after spending most of her Accounting career in the Titanium Industry. She assists the accounts department, ensuring efficient and effective financial operation.

Hayley Stevenson

Receptionist Hayley Stevenson is our newest member of staff, joining Safe Homes in November 2006. She has hands on experience of dealing in consumer requests and queries and her approach to customer enquiries is prompt and professional. Hayley is friendly and approachable, perfect for Safe Homes first point of contact. She is also responsible for keeping customer records up-to-date, stock control and data input.

The engineering workforce

Safe Homes' engineering workforce is based throughout the United Kingdom, and is co-ordinated from Safe Homes' head office located in Tamworth. All staff are selected in accordance with British Standards, and undergo regular training to make sure that they are up-to-date with products and innovations.
